Now dedicated exclusively to healthcare architecture, she drives the company’s vision and values to improve the healthcare and building experience for patients and clients alike.

Vice President & CFO
Timothy has 20 years of professional experience in construction and the fire protection industry across all business verticals. He is dedicated to efficiency, quality of work, and ensuring a high quality customer experience through the application of SKA’s values.
Glenn Casuga
Sr. Project Manager II
Glenn is a licensed architect with 19 years of healthcare experience and more than 30 years of experience working in multiple architectural sectors. Glenn has experience working and leading design teams and has a passion for helping his clients in the Healthcare industry. Glenn also loves to travel and has just finished a trip across Europe and Asia.
Sanobar Girap
Project Manager
Sanobar brings 11 years of diversified experience across healthcare, residential, and commercial sectors in the U.S., with the past nine years focused on healthcare design and planning. She holds a Master’s degree in Energy Efficient Buildings and is passionate about sustainable, data-driven design and space planning. In her spare time, she enjoys baking and exploring new places.
Koyel Ghosh
Project Manager
Koyel is a licensed architect in California and Florida with over 20 years of experience spanning healthcare, commercial, mixed-use, residential, and public safety projects, with seven years focused on healthcare. She has extensive expertise managing all phases of project delivery—from scoping and budgeting to leading teams through design and construction. With a strong interest in building codes, constructability, and technical detailing, Koyel approaches complex challenges with rigor and creativity. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking and reading.
Alexandra David
Project Manager I
Alexandra is a registered architect with 12 years of experience, working with Healthcare clients for 5 years. She has experience managing projects across all scales, with particular emphasis on project work-flow, project efficiencies and schedules. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking and cooking.
Michelle Barrera
Job Captain II
Michelle is a licensed architect in Mexico with a specialty in sustainable architecture. Michelle has more than 9 years of professional experience working in United States in healthcare architecture, producing Construction Documents and assisting in Construction Administration. She’s very passionate about art and architecture and in her free time she likes to read, paint, and travel.
Hira Bawahab
Job Captain II
Hira brings 10 years of experience in managing medium to large-scale commercial, educational, and mixed-use projects. In the Bay Area, she began her professional career with single-family residential design before delving into healthcare architecture at SKA. With a Master’s in Architecture and Urban Design from Pratt, Hira is fueled by a relentless drive to question, learn, and evolve. Outside of work, she loves biryani, cycling, and biryani — in that order.
Raul Higuera

Raul has a bachelor’s degree from the Academy of Art University. With over 5 years of experience across various fields of architecture. Raul is now dedicating himself to the field of healthcare and ensuring all project goals are met. Outside of work he enjoys traveling and discovering new eateries and coffee shops.
Ronak Shah
Job Captain II
Ronak Shah holds a Master’s degree in Architecture and brings over seven years of experience working on healthcare, education, institutional, and commercial projects across the United States, including six years specializing in healthcare architecture, along with three years of professional experience in India. He has contributed to both ground-up new construction and renovation projects within the healthcare sector, with strong expertise in multidisciplinary coordination drawing standards and attention to detail. Ronak plays a key role in guiding project teams, mentoring junior staff, and delivering design solutions aligned with client goals, budget, and regulatory requirements. He is highly proficient in Revit and other industry-standard tools, leveraging technology to enhance project efficiency and design quality. He also brings experience in LEED documentation and sustainable design practices, supporting overall project performance goals. Outside of work, Ronak is passionate about cricket and has represented New Mexico and Colorado at the state level. He also enjoys playing golf, traveling, and exploring new cuisines.

A design professional with 10 years of commercial architectural and interior design experience in healthcare, civic, and education spaces. Will focuses on healthcare architecture to create creative solutions to complex challenges and spaces that improve quality of life. Outside the office, he enjoys gaming, wine tasting, and spending time with family.
Mehrazin Iranbakhsh
Job Captain II
Mehrazin is a recent architecture graduate from University of California, Berkeley. As an architectural designer, She works alongside passionate architects, project managers, and job captains to develop architectural drawing sets and renderings using 2D and 3D software. Mehrazin is enthusiastic about learning new skills and believes that Healthcare architecture is all about problem solving and learning. In her free time, she enjoys reading books and drawing.
Niusha Taghvaei

Niusha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with experience in residential projects and four years in healthcare design. She enjoys creating practical, well-designed spaces that balance user and technical needs. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and baking.
Diana Rodriguez
Job Captain I
Diana has 10 years of experience working with prestigious healthcare and tech clients across California. She has received multiple awards for construction administration and design competitions. With a background in commercial interior architecture and sustainable design, she enjoys mentoring junior peers and believes healthcare architecture helps build a better world.
David Alvarez
Architectural Designer
David is a recent graduate of the Master of Architecture program from the University of Washington; he also holds a Bachelor’s degree from UC Santa Barbara. He has professional experience working in multifamily market-rate housing but found his passion in healthcare architecture. He lives with a mission of providing designs that are people centric that also meet the technical qualities across industries. On the weekends you may find him cycling across Marin County, reading in parks or having a great time among friends and family.
Jules Lustenader
Executive Assistant / Project Team Coordinator
Juliana is an administrative professional with over 10 years of experience assisting senior-level consultants, principals, partners, and executives, often simultaneously. Her administrative background also includes Office Management and Executive Assistant Team Leadership, training and mentoring an exceptional team of assistants. In her free time, she loves to design knitwear, write songs on her guitar, and perform in local musical productions.

Bookkeeper
Devan is the bookkeeper at SKA with over a decade of customer service experience and several years of accounting and financial management experience. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with her three boys.
Rajvi Shah
Architectural Designer
Rajvi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from India and a Master’s degree from North Carolina State University. She has experience in aviation and education projects and is excited to transition into healthcare architecture. Outside of work, she enjoys painting, pickleball, hiking, and exploring the city.
Shawnee Lane
Executive Project Manager
Shawnee brings more than 16 years of experience in hospital facilities and project management. She applies a practical healthcare perspective to architecture, strengthening project delivery and internal operations while supporting excellence in healthcare design.
Angelina Donaldson
Project Team Coordinator
Angelina brings five years of project coordination experience across diverse fields. An alumna of UC Berkeley, she specializes in managing workflows, tracking deliverables, and supporting cross-functional teams. Outside the office, she enjoys live music, exploring the Bay Area food scene, and planning travel.
